The basis of our unique course is the study of the basic laws of creating all kinds of textile ornaments, which have lately been lumped together under the common name of “prints”.
After completing the basic “paper” part, everyone who needs it will learn the basics of working with prints in Illustrator and Photoshop.
What will the course program look like?
A black and white fine-patterned composition, (the basis of the basics of a rapportor pattern), as a background or base when creating patterns for a wide variety of purposes.
Fine patterning
Work with tone. Achromatic compositions. The concept of shape stylization. Material – gouache, ink, liners, markers, felt-tip pens and brushes.
The concept of composition, patterns of compositional constructions, work with the elements of design.
work with color, coloristics and color gamut of a drawing, harmonic color combinations, emotional impact of color. familiarization with the properties of fabrics and dyes. Work in the technique of collage.
Materials: paper, pencil, eraser, gouache, brushes, paper scissors, glue.
Creation of prints on a given (chosen) theme.
Themes: Geometry, abstraction, nature, space, universe, folk and others.
Author’s collection of prints by choice:
- T-shirt prints, monocomposition, shawls, scarves, bags, shoes, costume jewelry
- Fabric prints (patterns)
The course is designed for 48 academic hours.
Computer part includes studying vector (Illustrator) and raster (Photoshop) graphics – 10 classes of 3 hours each.
Lessons are held on Saturdays and Sundays.
